Yorkton Storage is a locally owned and operated business. We are located off Highway #9 just 1.5 miles south of the Petro Canada and Humpty's (at the intersection of Highway #16 & Highway #9).
With all of our storage options, you are given 24/7 access to the gated storage facility. Our gated storage compound has packed gravel and grass so it's still easy to access even during wet weather.

What sets us apart from other storage facilities?
Our owners live on site, which provides a wide variety of benefits to our renters. With the owners on site, they can spot suspicious activity and report back to the renters or call authorities. This also means the owners are close by if you have troubles accessing the yard or if you need help accessing your units in storage.
Our storage compound is just outside city limits, which means less foot traffic around our facility.
We are locally owned and operated which provides a higher level of customer service. When dealing with our business, you're talking to local owners that understand our city, local weather conditions and your business needs. You won't have to wait on hold when you call us or be transferred to a sales representative in another province or country. All of our owners and employees are right here in Saskatchewan.
We promise fast response times. We understand that you're busy and you don't have time to make repeat phone calls or wait on hold. Our goal is to answer all of your calls immediately. If we're with another customer and unable to do that, we will call you back within an hour (during business hours). The same goes with email. We try to respond to all emails immediately but if we're unable to do so, we will respond within the same business day (our goal is to get back to you within an hour).
We have extended business hours. Our regular business hours are from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm 7-days a week. During these hours, we will try to answer your call right away but if we are unable to you can expect a call back from us within an hour during business hours.
We're onsite for after-hours emergencies. Get your key stuck in the gate? Need an urgent request dealt with immediately? With the owners living onsite, we can be onsite quickly if there's an emergency that needs our attention.
We accept all forms of payment. Since we are local, we can arrange for a time for you to pay us in person if you prefer dealing with cash. If you like to do everything online, you can pay your invoices online as well with any major credit card or PayPal.
Daily access made easy! If you need easy access to get in and out of the storage facility on a regular basis, we'll assign you a spot close by the front gate making it easy for you to get in and out.
We provide easy access for large vehicles. As a heavy equipment business owner ourselves, we understand the problems that can arise when trying to get large vehicles and equipment in and out of tight spaces. For larger vehicles and equipment that isn't easy to back into or out of storage spaces, we offer convenient drive through spaces that you simply drive straight into and straight out of. These spaces are reserved for our renters with large equipment and heavy machinery.
We can offer assistance with parking. Not everyone is an expert at manoeuvring large campers and vehicles into a parking spot. No need to be embarrassed or afraid to ask for help. We understand! Since we live on site, we can be there to help you get your vehicle into the right stall safely.
We can offer you an extra driver (for an added fee). Need a lift home after you park your motorhome or seasonal vehicle? Schedule a time with us and we can offer you a ride back home (within the Yorkton city limits).
We can pick up your vehicle for storage (for an added fee). We can pick up your camper, boat, machinery, trucks, etc. and bring them to our compound for storage.
Snow removal services offered (for an extra fee). We understand that not everyone wants to store their vehicle or personal belongings away for an entire season. If you need access to your stored vehicle but it's been snowed in, we can offer you snow removal services on an as-needed basis to help you easily access your vehicle or belongings while in our storage compound. This isn't an extra fee that everyone pays - this is only done on an as-needed basis and billed only to the renter requiring snow removal.
What we don't allow in our storage facility:
All renters are responsible for carrying adequate insurance on all their possessions stored at our facility. Yorkton Storage is not responsible for any loss or damages; however, that doesn't mean that we don't take the safety of you or your belongings very seriously!
In order to keep our yard and renters' belongings safe, we do not allow for storage of the following items:
- gasoline
- propane
- explosives (such as fireworks)
- loaded ammunition
