Outdoor Storage Options:
Our outdoor storage stalls are 10 feet wide x 40 feet long and located within our gated compound.
Outdoor storage is ideal for storing items such as:
- campers, boats, quads, skidoos, jet skis and other seasonal recreational vehicles
- semi trucks, heavy equipment and work trucks (with easy daily access if needed)
- cargo trailers
- all other types of vehicles including non-operational "project" vehicles
Rent Prices (+ GST & PST):
$ 150 for a 1-month rental term
$ 200 for a 6-month rental term
$ 310 for a 12-month rental term
Sea Can Storage Options:
We offer storage in one of our 8 feet x 20 feet sea can storage units. You can either rent the sea can in our yard or you can rent one to be delivered to your job site so you have easier daily access. Delivery fees extra.
All sea cans include steel locking arms on doors to create a tight seal to keep out rain, snow and rodents. You provide your own lock and key so you are the only person with access to your storage unit. These units are unheated and do not include elecricity or insulation. Renter provides their own private lock with key.
Sea can storage is ideal for storing items such as:
- tools and other small to medium-sized construction equipment
- excess retail merchandise such as seasonal items
- home items to free up space in your garage or basement
- estate items you don't need but are still waiting to sell
- small vehicles you want to protect from weather damage, theft or vandalism. For vehicle storage in sea cans, we recommend emptying the fuel tank before storage as sea cans don't offer ventilation and gas tanks can release vapours trapping it in the sea can with your vehicle.

$ 240 per month (invoiced in advance monthly)
$ 1,440 for a 6-month rental term
$ 2,880 for a 12-month rental term
For delivering a sea can unit to your job site, delivery fees start at $200 (plus taxes) per trip.
Storage Garage Options:
Our storage garage bays are 10 feet x 20 feet and open via a manual 7 foot tall garage door. These storage units are about the size of a standard single car garage.
They are drive-up units meaning you can drive directly up to your storage door making it easy to load and unload items. Wooden floors inside, no electricity or insulation.
Renter provides their own private lock and key so the renter is the only person with access to their storage unit.
These units are not 100% waterproof but they do provide more protection from the weather elements than an outdoor space.
Garage storage is ideal for storing items such as:
- tools and small construction equipment
- seasonal items such as holiday decorations and yard decor
- extra household items you don't want to give away but don't currently have room for at home
- excess office paperwork or supplies stored in weatherproof sealed containers
- project supplies for your hobbies or side-hustle
- small recreational vehicles such as quads, jet skis, skiddos, etc.
- recreational items such as bicycles, kayak, skis, or hunting gear during the off-season
